What is Dealer Academy?
Dealer Academy is a skill and talent development platform and mobile app for modern dealers in the trailer, powersports, RV, marine, AG, and OPE industries.
By combining community, training, and coaching, dealers and their staff have everything they need to succeed (and look really smart doing it). Dealer Academy's purpose is to both simplify and systemize marketing and sales training so dealerships can do their best work, drive measurable results, and gain the status and respect they deserve. (Because without dealers, nothing gets sold.)

To join the Dealer Academy Mastermind, simply create your free profile. Then, decide on the membership option that makes the most sense by upgrading from your profile dashboard. After you register you’ll be prompted to schedule a virtual follow-up call to discuss your dealership’s enrollment in Dealer Academy with a member of our onboarding team.
The Dealer Academy experience includes a customized onboarding and kickstart, so you can get started right away.
You and your team can attend as much or as little of the weekly “drop-in” coaching calls and special interest group mini-masterminds as you like. All sessions are recorded and questions can be submitted ahead of time if you can’t make a session.
That said, we do ask that you commit about 2-days per quarter for the mastermind meetings.
Beyond that, everything else is as-needed and when-needed
Dealer Academy members get access to weekly “drop-in” coaching calls with our mentors. No-holds-barred: ask industry veterans anything and get a direct, specific answer you can use.
Members also get up to 5 expert campaign reviews per year! Our premier Certified Partners will review your campaigns and provide strategic feedback. You’ll leave with a report of findings and actionable steps.
Not at this time. As membership increases, we plan on having regional events, or events held at industry ‘shows.’
